Excellent friendly and helpful welcome, Great room everything we needed and immaculate. Good location for restaurant cafes / bars, or just a walk around the old town. This was a staging stop for us that turned ourt to be a jewel.

The location was perfect for easy access to a night club. We thoroughly enjoyed our extremely spacious room with a balcony. - the traditional-style building added to the charm. - the staff were excellent for a 3-star hotel.

Beautiful early 20th-century building. Clean. Central location, good for shopping and touring around, and in walking distance from bus station. Most staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast croissants excellent!
Some services do not quite match the information on the hotel's web site: cafe/bar closed in the evenings, only two small bottles of water in room mini-bar, internet connection very poor, unavailable in some areas. There was a smoking room, but smoking was not allowed in it!!! Also, we were invited, and accepted, to keep our car in the hotel garage, but without warning that there was a daily rental fee on that.

The location was ideal, as I was able to explore the city and enjoy the lively atmosphere of the tapas bars just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with a balcony offering a lovely view of the surrounding area. I appreciated the attention to detail, especially in the well-appointed bathroom. The breakfast spread was also impressive, with vegan options available, ensuring that everyone's needs were catered to.
My experience at this hotel was great - everything was ok.

The hotel had an elegant decor and the staff were very helpful in directing us to local restaurants and shopping options. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a larger room at no extra cost. The breakfast was sufficient and came at a reasonable price. the hotel had secure parking which was a major advantage.
There were some negative aspects of our stay. The pillows provided were too flat and there were not enough electrical outlets in the room, particularly ones near the bed.

The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring that our needs were met. The rooms were well decorated with lovely furnishings, offering ample storage and a large bathroom - all very clean. Additionally, the breakfast was varied and very fresh, with options ranging from different breads and pastries to ham, cheese, bacon.
The only minor downside was that the breakfast area could get crowded if you arrive late.

One of the things I loved about this hotel was its central location in the heart of the city. It was just a short walk away from all the top tapas bars and restaurants, making it a perfect choice for food lovers like me.
While my overall experience at this hotel was fantastic, I did encounter one small issue. The internet connection was quite poor, with intermittent access in some areas.
